Youth Worker Hub is a tool built for youth workers, coaches, educators, and community sports practitioners. By using this app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
All activity content, designs, code, and materials within Youth Worker Hub are owned by the creator and operator of this platform. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use any part of this application to build competing products or services without explicit written permission.
Activities in the library are provided for your personal and professional use as a practitioner. You are welcome to screenshot, print, or adapt activities for direct use in your sessions with young people — that is exactly what this tool is for.
You may use Youth Worker Hub to plan and run sessions, browse activities, collaborate with colleagues, and access all features included in your plan. You may use activity content directly in your professional practice without attribution.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 18 or over to create an account. Accounts found to be in breach of these terms may be suspended or deleted without notice.
Pro subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your profile or by contacting us — your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are not offered unless required by law. If you have a genuine issue, please reach out and we will do our best to help.
A free plan is available and will always remain available. Free users can browse a selection of activities and use core features. Some features are restricted to Pro subscribers.
Youth Worker Hub is a personal side project provided as-is. While every effort is made to keep the service running reliably, no guarantees are made about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use the app at your own discretion.
The operator is not liable for any loss, harm, or injury resulting from use of this app or its content, including activities used in sessions with young people. You are responsible for carrying out appropriate risk assessments for your own context.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We will do our best to communicate significant changes.
